The Palms Marina is the first new marina to be built on Lake Conroe in approximately 20 years and will be the quickest and easiest access from the Houston Metropolitan area, especially residents of The Woodlands. Plans are to supplement the existing Breakwater and completely remove the existing wet boat slips and replace with new larger ones. Below are the boat slip sizes and the other improvements to be completed in the first 7 months of 2008:
- 12’ x 26’ & 12’ x 28” boat slips with water & 20/30 amp service
- 14’ x 30’ boat slips with water & 20/30 amp service & individual sewer pump station inlet
- 14’ x 36’ boat slips with water & 20/30 amp service & individual sewer pump station inlet
- 16’ x 40’ boat slips with water, 20/30/50 amp service & individual sewer pump station inlet
- 18’ x 50’ & 18’ x 60’ boat slips with water, 20/30/50 amp service & individual sewer pump station inlet
- New fuel dock with 3 grades of gas plus diesel
- New gated & private restrooms, laundry & showers
- Newly constructed 30’ and 34’ valet dry boat stalls and storage units

- Wireless Internet Service
- Concierge service vendors on-site

All dry and wet storage tenants get to pump fuel into their Lake Conroe boats at substantial discounts from retail prices on the lake. Simply present your computer coded discount card when filing up and pay "land prices" for your gasoline and diesel. Cheap gas is just another benefit we provide our tenants to make your Lake Conroe Boating Experience better than "the guys across the lake".
No More Spiders Repellant System
Besides having the quickest and easiest access from the Houston Metropolitan area, the marina's basin is 15-20 feet deep and surrounded by an earthen breakwater. High winds and waves or low lake levels won't keep The Palm's boaters off the Lake. Neither will spiders or insects since an advanced repellant system is being installed throughout all floating docks.
