The whole marina sits inside a protected basin, 15 to 20 feet deep and ringed by an earthen breakwater. That deep water and shelter guard your boat against high winds, waves, and low lake levels — and keep the slips superior insect-controlled, even when the main lake gets rough.

Long before the marina, the family helped shape the lake itself — developing more than 100 homes across Lake Conroe's neighborhoods beginning in the early 1970s. Their philosophy is simple: treat every member's boat the way they'd treat their own. Satisfaction guaranteed.
